Welcome to BigWishes, a place where creators and the people who love their work connect through anonymous gifts. We're here to keep that simple, safe, and respectful.

What's not allowed

We're committed to keeping BigWishes safe and respectful. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using BigWishes to engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Money laundering, trafficking, scams, or the sale of prohibited goods or services.
  • BigWishes is not a platform for adult or NSFW content.
  • Gifts cannot be tied to sexual or sexually suggestive content, including pay-for-content arrangements.
  • Bullying, threats, stalking, or harassment of any kind.
  • Hate speech or targeted abuse based on race, gender, identity, orientation, religion, or background.
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity or intentions.
  • Fraudulent gifting, fake gifts, or chargeback abuse.
  • Sharing someone's private information without their consent.
  • Using BigWishes in ways it was not built for (e.g., as a payment processor or general fundraising tool).

What we encourage

BigWishes was built so creators can thrive and gifters can give meaningfully. We encourage:

  • Treat each other with kindness, respect, and care.
  • Be clear about your intentions. Tell your community what they're supporting.
  • Use BigWishes to celebrate milestones, fund your craft, or cover everyday needs.
  • Whether it's a birthday wishlist or tools to grow your work, thoughtful gifts strengthen real connections.

Reporting violations

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, tell us.

We take every report seriously and keep them confidential.

Enforcement

When someone breaks our community guidelines, we may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Remove content or listings
  • Temporarily suspend access
  • Permanently ban accounts

BigWishes reserves the right to take any action needed to protect the platform and the people on it.
